Oracle is pushing it very hard. Every installer session, be it a PSU or runInstaller begins with an attempt to setup OCM. If you refuse, there is an ominously framed question "do you want to remain uninformed about security issues and patches". Yes I do. What I don't know can't hurt me, or so they say.
I would expect beginners to fall for the prank and give their MoS credentials and CSI. What people don't understand is that Oracle is just a company, on the market to make money. I like to play fair, but I don't like being....OK, let's drop it. There are probably ladies reading this. Even if there aren't, some words would probably hurt John's feelings.
