Sorry I should have been more specific.
No there have been outages like for a while the knowledge base goes away at other times you cannot look at or create service requests. This happened to me thursday and friday ( 3/32011 and 3/4/2011 ).
They do put up the verbiage that the service request system is down so please call your telephone support numbers if you feel like fighting thru that approach. Received on Sat Mar 05 2011 - 15:15:52 CST
