who is looking at the patchset upgrade stuff

So recently Oracle is promoting both cpus and psus ... and one offs ... and patchsets.

Kind of looks like a mass of confusion at headquarters eh?

Google around for 11.1.0.7.1 or 8833297 if you don't know what I mean ...
