Yeah, I was looking at the new supercharged Shelby in the showroom while I bought the wife a car a few months ago, but 50 grand, yikes. Just bought a Chrysler 300C Hemi, need a living room on wheels these days anyways, way cheaper and gets the same gas mileage as my old 300M 6 banger, as long as I keep my foot out of it. I was looking at a really nice blue 2001 911 sunroof with like 24K miles for the same $30K but I never know when my knee will trick out... and the socal freeways, ya never know what comes flying at you...
But I must say, both new cars have the crappiest user interfaces for the stereo/nav I've ever seen. The Chrysler one is even worse than the MS crap on the Ford (then again, I've never seen iDrive). Wish I could use apex...
