According to the doc in the Oracle Applications Tablespace Model that particular tablespace houses "Transaction Tables (tables that contain transactional data)". In addition, ALL Oracle Applications product schemas use that tablespace as their default tablespace. The FND_ENV_CONTEXT table seems to grow fast in our environment. I truncate it periodically since it doesn't appear to contain anything worth using/saving.
