Question About Patchset

Hi,
I had posted eariler about our configuration:
Oracle 10.2.0.1.0
Linux Red Hat Enterprise x86-64
It was suggested that rather than apply the 64 patches that were listed, we should just upgrade to 10.2.0.3. Is there an 'upgrade' to get to 10.2.0.3???
We are a bit confused......maybe our Metalink search is wrong?
