Your customers? You are posting from a generic attglobal account. What training company do you work for?

My "company" is the University of Washington. Our "customers" are Amazon, AT&T, Boeing, Starbucks, T-Mobile, Washington Mutual Bank, etc. And we do survey them, at least once a quarter, and we know precisely what they want and provide it to them in the manner they find most valuable which is why there is never an empty seat in the lecture hall. Hasn't been one in 7 years.

But thanks for your obviously sincere concern about how these F500 companies are faring.
