Unable to login iSQL*PLUS on 10g

Hi Gurus,

When I try to login iSQL*PLUS web browser which connect to my db on a laptop (for educational purposes), I get the below error msg; however, I'm able to login w/ the same user & password thru sqldeveloper gui.

Question: Do you have to do anything to enable users to login iSQL*PLUS web browser? Any ideas/suggestions what I should do? Thanks.

ERROR - ORA-12641: Authentication service failed to initialize

I already google the error & it suggests that I should enable trace in which I did (alter system set trace_enabled = true), but I still don't get any additional info on the web browser.
