Ah, it's fairy tale time!
Oracle doesn't use port 8080.
Apache might be using port 8080, but Apache isn't started in the
standard script.
Do I guess you are on a free 'How can I work with Oracle while reading
as little as possible' course, using comp.databases.oracle.server?
