I would take a long look at the user agreement that comes with Oracle XE.
My guess is that oracle has had their attorneys review it and made sure that it is not useable as a basis for conducting oracle training.
Perhaps if your training showed only how to download it and how to use it after it is installed ... Received on Sat Dec 29 2007 - 17:38:50 CST
