Yes oracle is very big. Are you really an OCP? If so then congratulations I guess.
There are a ton of articles on the internet that cover step by step how to use exp/imp to clone a database. Maybe you want to look at some of those?
Also of course all the free and comprehensive documentation that oracle provides.
Plus of course all the previous cdos discusssions related to this topic that can be retrieved.
