You perhaps have something wrong in your listener.ora, maybe an incorrect oracle_home. Post it by pasting the entire thing and we can see. Also post the ORACLE_HOME_LISTNER line in your dbora, maybe you got that wrong. Also see metalink Note:336299.1.
