How can I search a string supplied by a user for the first occurrence of a letter that is also supplied by a user; once you find the letter display its position within the string.

Also I would like to modify the script above so that the string is searched for all occurrences of the letter. For each occurrence of the letter, display its position within the string.

Thanks for any help or examples of how to do this.
