I don't know, but I do know we had some pretty awful experiences with Sun support in the recent past, and our customer was very dissatified with it.
This was a Suncluster configuration in active/passive mode, no RAC was running on it.
Though customer paid for gold support, Sun always saw a reason not to do anything.
If you go for Linux, I would get it from Oracle. At least that's a party you can sue when disaster strikes.
