Obviously sqlserver aficionado's can't be bothered to read the 'Getting Started' manual. That name is so damn obvious no one reads it.
This is the actual problem:
Most Mickeysoft SQL server developers, including self-appointed 'experts' lke Bill's parrott Rogerson, think Oracle is Mickeysoft sqlserver sold by a different vendor.
It is not. It is much more.
Compared to Oracle Mickeysoft sqlserver is just a toy, which is spreading it's evil features in the form of 'Database Agnostic Apps'. These apps have invariably been written for Mickeysoft sql server and 'ported' *without any change* to Oracle. And guess what? They don't work!! None of them. They don't perform and they even don't adhere to the ACID principle. And what is causing this?
Mickeysoft developers not even reading one page of Oracle documentation, stating 'they can't find anything'.
