Your explanation is unclear:
- - Replica in OID means a HA setup, with two OID instances for
the infrastructure. The Master site then replicates to the replica,
and vice versa.
- - Dbca takes care of the registration process of instances in OID,
allowing EUS and TNS resolving via OID.
