No - lookup the DUPLICATE command (hint: http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/B10501_01/server.920/a96566/rcmconc2.htm#462471) and the LOG_FILE_NAME_CONVERT and DB_FILE_NAME_CONVERT.

Also note, that RMAN DUPLICATE will create a new DBID.
