In private mail, it's been suggested to try a "crosscheck backup;" and/or "crosscheck backup of archivelog all;". I did that and tried to do a "delete force backupset 16;" afterwards.

Sadly, this did not help at all - I'm still getting ORA-19633 :(

I don't know, is it just me, or is that RMAN thingie incredible fragile? I've got my doubts if it's wise to trust important information to this tool... :(

Anyway - is there anything else I could do to fix this problem? Also I'd be interested in knowing how I exactly got myself into this situation. It's most certainly because I did something wrong - but what?
