Do you really think so?
No, it isn't.
Also there is no such thing as 'htp': there is a HTTP protocol, which
is used by all kind of vendors and is a protocol just like TCP/IP is a
protocol.
There is an Apache HTTP server, which is usually referred to as HTTPD.
This is delivered with Oracle.
However, there is a separate www.apache.org and Apache has it's own
newsgroups.
