Windows. Please read the documentation on granule size again and you'll discover that Windows does not follow the 'guidelines' posted for Unix systems. The granule size for Windows platforms is 4 meg up until the SGA reaches 1 gigabyte or greater in size, at which time it becomes 8 meg. This is clearly stated here:
