Sorry to say so, but do you think anyone can offer a valid solution without looking at the actual rman commands, you are withhelding from us?
Am I right in assuming you didn't even read the error message, but you dumped the incomplete log file on this forum right away? Because the backup controlfile failure looks pretty obvious: you are directing it to a non-existing directory.
