i've heard of system still running under Oracle 7 and i've seen many running
under Oracle 8i. Those vesions are not supported, but are running from years
and support does not need a lot.
Also us are still using 9iR2 on some installations, we are migrating on 10g and
we have got problems with CBO. However, on 10g also not supported RBO still exists,
you can use it, but it gives you no performance.
