Concepts manual. If you want an environment in which people tolerate "I don't want to read" attitude, my advice would be to try with oracle-l. Just send an email entitled "SUBSCRIBE ORACLE-L" to oracle-l-request_at_freelists.org. You are the perfect candidate.
