My $0.02, from experience. Find out from your finance department what you are licensed for (Enterprise, Standard, etc) and only install that version. This way, you won't get into any hassles with Oracle as to what you are and are not using.
The temptation to use the Enterprise features, when you're only on a standard license, or to inadvertently use them is difficult to avoid. Oracle documentation sometimes neglects to mention that some features like parallel processing are only available on Enterprise edition.

Either way, just install the features you're licensed for.
