Last night I added to the PSOUG website the procs missing from the library. Specifically I added demos for:

ASSM_SEGMENT_SYNCHWM
TABLEPACE_DUMP_BITMAPS and I looked at:

SEGMENT_MOVEBLOCKS
SEGMENT_NUMBER_BLOCKS
SEGMENT_NUMBER_EXTENTS

from which I concluded anyone using either of these three deserves what they get.
