I have finally able to resolve it. I removed ORACLE_HOME from environment variables And after a re-start everything was back to normal Thank God. Since there were multiple oracle homes in the machine therefore, i have to remove the explicitly defined ORACLE_HOME. Thank to all those who gave me their time and effort.
