Comment for #1: This will not work with Windows 2003 Standard Edition (32 bit)
Comment for #2: Before applying the latest patches for Oracle 10g R2, take a look at Metalink for Bug IDs: 5856953, 5766301, 5708361, 5745817, 5752147, 5761998, 5741417, 5680308 Comment for #4: Yes, many changes, many possible opportunities to accidentally use features for which you have not purchased and cannot be purchased for 10g Standard Edition. Make certain that the first time Enterprise Manager is used, log in as SYSMAN so that the extra cost features may be disabled.
