Metalink has your proof. Sign on to Metalink and click the Certify tab. Then follow the rest to show whether or not it is certied.

XP Pro is the only XP flavor certified with any Oracle product. XP Home is not certified. Oracle 8i Client is certified, provided you are at 8.1.7.3, but Oracle 8i RDBMS is not certified on XP.
