ok, now i post more info
oracle instance is on HP-UX server, it fails on startup fase
this event=16155 is set to prevent a bug on oracle 8i, that can exceed
max number of archiver processes
log_buffer =15 mb, where is the problem?
sessions = 335 and parallel_server =false it's our mistake, now we
retry to open..
