Guys ... Thanks for the response.  From what I could glean, I had 
surmised that Oracle did not provide this feature.



As to your question, we want to secure both the data and the schema.  I 
am aware of the wrap utility for protecting the schema.  It appears the 
the Database Vault might work for locking out peering eyes.  It appears 
however to not be available for MS Windows.
