Oracle 10.2 EE runs on FC4 without a problem, but Oracle has problems with Fedora Core after 4 as Red Hat broke the compatibility. My advice to you is to get rid of Fedora and use OpenSuse 10.1. Oracle 10 works perfectly. Ubuntu is also supported for Oracle XE.
