This trace still doesn't have a remote address - with the IP address etc of the server. Is it possible to post the tnsnames.ora and sqlnet.ora that you are using? Also check for the existence of an environment variable TNS_ADMIN (which may be a system environment variable, a per user environment variable or set in the registry key under HKLM\Software\ORACLE on windows). You may not be using the tnsnames.ora (or even the oracle client) that you think you are.
