I asked Oracle to publish this BUG and this is their response.....

"Yes, currently Oracle Development has this bug marked as unpublished as they are still investigating. I have just updated the bug to reflect your case.

I will provide you Development's update to me per my update to bug 5557078 on your behalf. Until then, I'm going to make the status of this SR = DEV identifiying this bug, 5557078."

That's as clear as mud then....!
