This is wholly insufficient information from which to formulate a response.
- Platform and operating system?
- Edition?
- What DML? All of it? Specific statements?
- Have you compared explain plan before and after?
- Have you compared traces before and after?
- Have you compared stats packs before and after?
- What is different?
- By how much?
- How current are statistics collected with DBMS_STATS?
- Have you run statistics on dictionary tables?
