oracle.sysman.emcp.oms.OmsPlugIn has failed (Install grid)

Hi all,

I try to install Grid control 10GR2 on my linux box and I obtain an error message everytime when arriving in the 'OMS Configuration'.

I have a correct /etc/hosts
I have put SUBSCRIBE_FOR_NODE_DOWN_EVENT_LSN_EMREP=OFF to my Listener (Note:353131.1)
I have put OPATCH_NO_FUSER to FALSE
I also tried the Note:368766.1

1. Keep the OMS Configuration Assistant running
2. Shutdown the listener
3. Change the listener port to 1521
4. Start the listener
5. Click to retry the OMS Configuration Assistant

It does not workkkk, help !
