no, all transactions are pushed to remote sites, oracle does not mix transactions together. It uses 2 phase commits to make sure a transactions is pushed to the right site. If you have pb with bandwidth modify your softs in order it generates less transactions; or change the way to replicate, there is also streams, dataguard, rac, ...
