I typically remove the older dump files from the BDUMP, CDUMP, and UDUMP directories on a regular basis. How "old" must they be? That depends on how much disk space I have. On some systems, I remove them if they are more than 7 days old. On others, I remove them if they are more than a month old.

You won't run into any problems from an operational standpoint. But you may run into problems from a troubleshooting standpoint if you simply remove all of them.
