  1. Don't place sql files in a directory with spaces in names.
  2. Change long names (with spaces) to DOS 8.3 short name e.g. C:\>for /F "tokens=*" %A in ("c:\program files\your file.sql") do echo %~sA
  3. Change current directory to where the sql files are before launching sqlplus.
