RMAN job scheduling 10g

Hi guys,



I have noticed when a RMAN job is scheduled using OEM it is given
special status to other Oracle jobs.



I want to know how can one schedule a RMAN job using SQL Plus or RMAN
so the our jobs can be displayed in the OEM's RMAN view.
