dbca problem pls help

Hello Respected DBAs,

I am trying to make database with the help of DBCA but facing one problem "invalid entry size (expected entry size 419438592 but got 419438603 bytes)"
I set these sizes ::-

Shared Pool             50331648 Bytes
Buffer Pool               24 MB
Java Pool                 33554432 bytes
Large Pool               8388608 bytes
PGA                        25165824 bytes

Please tell me what to do and is there any trace file for this database from dbca.
