• unknown OS
• unknown Oracle Version
• unknown Oracle Patch Level
• unknown third Party Products
  • you could shutdown the RDBMS an check if Oracle dedects the space leak
  • you could restart the server as a workaround
  • you could search Metalink for a paper, with procedures to track down ORA-4030
  • you might have hit a bug which is already fixed in an Patchset
