Look at the awrrpt.sql and the addmrpt.sql scripts ( rdbms/admin ) directory.

I would advise you to read some documentation about what has changed in 10g to understand what you are looking at but they are similar to statspack stuff.

If the site you are at has a DBA I would advise working with them.
