Well possibly a bug in the patchset for your platform? Researching things like that is why you can use metalink yourself or use oracle support.
You didn't respond earlier but these are materialized views for your application that you are running right? Did you create them yourself or are they part of a package.
If you created them at your place you may have to dig in and find out why they are invalid. There are lots of hints about checking materialized views at http://asktom.oracle.com ...
