Quest Shareplex is probably your best bet if you can afford it. It would be supported by Quest ...
You could try Oracle's Advanced Replication or Streams to do the same thing, however I'm not sure Oracle would support it as a way to migrate database with minimum downtime. In some cases, like for example MM replication, it would matter if you count quiescing the database as a downtime.
