Modification of a materialized view query

Hi all,
I have to modify a materialied view query but the creation of this materialied view is taking a long time, and the datas before and after the refresh will be the same (only a table name is changing, but the contains will be the same).

Is there a way to modify the query without creating the materialized view again ?
