Maxim, here are few informations which you may consider providing:
The last few entries in the alert log. Any events registered in V$SYSTEM_EVENT Last trc files in BDUMP directory, as determined by ls -ltr Any active sessions from V$SESSION?
Other then that, you might try dumping system state and open a TAR, as well as using hanganalyze tool.
