Maybe not, but that's where I'd sell them on the new features of RMAN and how it can dramatically help my backup and recovery scenarios. Want a near instantaneous recovery? Implement the Flashback Recovery Area and backup image copies with RMAN. What block level recovery? Want incremental backups? The list goes on and on....
