THIS is what we consider 'top posting' ... placing your response on TOP of the previous message. It is annoying; stop doing it.
Since the 'oracle' account is not a member of the 'dba' group you can't do what you want, as it doesn't have the authority to do so. The 'oracle' UNIX account needs to be a member of the 'dba' group; this is how the O/S authentication operates on a UNIX system. You will need to have your system administrator correct this.
