As sybrand remarked it isn't a sensible thing to do. a DC does a dedicated job of work that is critical to your network. Apps is the software that you run your business on. It has a very different resource profile. Making the two share resources isn't kind either to your network or to your business users (you know the chief accountant - the people who run your payroll and so on). In fact Apps, except for trivial installs, won't like being on a single machine by itself - you should be planning an application server (to do the web, the forms and reports and the concurrent managers) and a database server at the very least.

Finally apps gets patched. A lot. Do you want to be doing that on a dc?
