You could do the following.

Foothill college, Deanza college (California) has an online course. This course costs approx 100-130 USD for Residents of USA. You have to purchase course material - this costs 30 usd.

The course has web pages that you study and it is a step by step course. There are tests and stuff. It is not a very polished course that you may find for something 10-20 times the cost. But hey this is a good course and I have done this course.

Of course a word of caution "Use it or lose it" - If you do not practice or get some hands on experience you may end up losing your new knowledge.
